An alltime favorite, redone until the original almost vanished is discussed here in detail.
I suppose the book had scenes beyond filming in the 70's but it worked, and some people
feel it did not need CGI fill ins. I was OK when I saw the changes, not freaked but
I saw the original enough times as it was.
I did not find any of the original movies on Netflix.
Youtube has this apparently 3D verison of all 6 movies, but I don't have a 3D screen computer :)
I don't seem to find it on HBO2go, nor Hulu, but in Various Formats on Amazon
